SOUNESS today confirmed he has held further talks with Rangers defender Lorenzo Amoruso about a move to Ewood.
The Rovers boss is currently holidaying in Italy and took the chance to meet up with his top summer target as part of the trip.
"We've had further discussions and we are still negotiating but there's nothing more to say as yet," said Souness.
