A garden party will be held at Springfield Methodist Church, Bispham Road this Saturday (June21) from 2pm.

Attractions include stalls, games and afternoon tea. All welcome.

Enjoy an evening of music with The Guardian Concert Band at St Christopher's Church, Hawes Side Lane on Tuesday, June 24 at 7.30pm.

Blackpool FC player Tommy Jaszczun will open a summer fair at St Mary's Church, Stonycroft Avenue this Saturday (June21) at 11.30am.

A strawberry garden party in aid of the PDSA takes place at St Martins and St Hilda's Church Hall, Carleton on Saturday, July 5, 1-4pm.

Fun includes a tombola, raffle, games, stalls, music, cakes, refreshments, a ladies' fancy hat parade at 2.45pm and a children's fancy hat parade at 3pm with prizes.

Entrance 50p adults, 25p children.
