HOW saddened I was to learn of the closure of 'Sunnybank' care home which served the people of Rishton so well over the years, including my late mother.
May I send affectionate wishes to residents who are now in other homes and thank past and present staff and wish good luck to current staff obliged to seek other means of livelihood.
