A FAMILY family restaurants has won the national seal of approval in a kitchen quality awards scheme.
Brewsters Family Restaurant at The Gamecock, on Whalley Road Great Harwood, is one of the 142 Brewsters kitchens nationwide that is regularly monitored for kitchen cleanliness, in order to maintain the highest standards for customers.
The family-focused restaurant was tested on all aspects of the catering service, from the delivery of the produce, to its presentation on the plate.
Gasmecock manager Mark Whitter collected the award at a regional lunch, where he praised all of his staff for their efforts.
He said: "Our kitchen teams are often the unsung heroes of the restaurant and this award recognises their achievements."
