I AM glad that Puccino's cafe in Blackburn town centre is to remain open (LET, July 1). It is better that new business is promoted in the area especially something that enhances it.
The cafe is a pleasant place for a decent cup of coffee.
The council needs to improve Lord Square. It has been in need of redevelopment for some time.
