nWHAT use are the special lanes on Leigh Road, Atherleigh, when even the buses don't use them?
Drivers obviously can't see the point of manoeuvring into the 100 yard stretch from Hendon Street past the former Atherleigh Hospital site because it's more trouble than it's worth.
As I drove towards Atherton I watched two in a row avoid the lane completely -- and others have reported spotting the same action.
How long will it be before these useless things are removed along with the detested road humps?
