ARTISTS in Darwen are invited to show their talent in an open art exhibition at Sunnyhurst Wood Visitor Centre.
Anyone with a Darwen postcode can submit two pictures on any subject such as landscape, portrait or abstract, for the event between November 15 and December 21.
Recent open exhibitions have included a wide variety of watercolours, oils and acrylics.
For details of how to enter, call in at the visitor centre during opening times - between 1pm and 4pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays - or ring 01254 701545 during the same hours.
The artwork on display can also be for sale and organisers are hoping to attract people looking for Christmas presents.
