RESIDENTS of Pendle will get the chance to try out their artistic skills by helping to create the largest pavement drawing in Lancashire.
The Big Draw Event taking place in Colne tomorrow is one of many similar activities planned throughout the country.
It will be led by Colne-based professional artist Steve Elliott and is supported by Pendle Leisure Trust as part of Pendle Autumnfest, the annual celebration of local arts.
Steve said the event is all about participation and enjoyment and not about being the best artist.
Everybody is welcome to join in The Big Draw and all chalks and pastels are supplied.
Those taking part can take home a printed digital photograph of their drawing.
The Big Draw takes place between 10am and 6.30pm in Colne Market Hall Arcade.
