THE country's brilliant top comedian Peter Kay has been spotted in an Atherton superstore -- and rumours are rife that he has bought a house in the town.
I have it on good authority that he has not in fact moved into the area nor has his latest "buy mum a bungalow tour" paid for her a house there.
In fact, according to a friend of the star, he frequents different stores -- usually ones that are open at unearthly hours -- so that he doesn't get mobbed by fans while shopping.
