Thwaites brewery is helping the fund-raising effort to build a new East Lancashire Mountain Rescue base.
The Thwaites Charitable Trust, which sponsors community projects throughout Lancashire, made a donation to members of the West Lancashire Long Distance Walkers' Association, who took part in a 26-mile walk.
The association produced commemorative badges for all the participants with the cash donated by the brewers.
The walk raised £500 to go towards the building of a new HQ for the Bowland and Pennine Mountain Rescue.
