AFTER playing 32 games in only 17 weeks, Atherton Collieries had time for a break last Saturday when they had no scheduled game.
The previous week saw them win at neighbours Salford City thanks to a late goal. Theteams meet again at Alder House this Saturday and in the meantime manager Alan Lord has made a number of new signings to bolster his squad. A close game is again expected as Colls continue their efforts to climb out of the relegation zone.
