MAROONED rabbits and hens had to be rescued after floodwater turned a garden into a lake.
The torrent poured down the driveway of Sheelagh Roverato's house in Parsonage Road, Blackburn leaving the the back garden under three feet of water- for the sixth time in two years.
And masked raiders held eight people at gun point while they snatched £313 in bags of 20p pieces from the Grand Bingo Hall - next door to the police station - in Blackburn Road, Great Harwood.
