A SERIES of Area Forum Meetings has been arranged for next month in a bid to involve the community in council decisions.
Rossendale Council chiefs, officers, and councillors will attend the meetings to consult with residents on the recent proposals which were drawn up by the Boundary Committee.
Residents will have the chance to quiz councillors on the impact of the Boundary Committee's proposals and ask how it will affect individuals.
The forums are as follows:
Haslingden Area Forum, incorporating Edenfield and Helmshore, will be held on January 14 at Haslingden County Primary School.
Bacup Area Forum, involving residents from Waterfoot, will take place on January 15, at Bacup Leisure Hall.
Whitworth Area Forum will be held on January 21 at Whitworth Community High School.
Rawtenstall Area Forum, will be on January 22 the Astoria, Rawtenstall.
All meetings start at 7pm.
