LEIGH MP Andy Burnham is taking a Christmas break.
His Leigh office at 10, Market Street, will be closed from noon on Friday, December 19, and reopen on Monday, January 5.
During this period no surgeries will be held and the cycle of advice surgeries will restart on Saturday, January 17, at Hindley Leisure Centre from 9.30am to 10.45am and in the Leigh office from noon to 1pm.
He said: "May I take this opportunity to send best wishes to all my constituents for the festive season."
