BRITISH Aerospace reported a third consecutive year of big losses.
The UK's biggest manufacturing exporter and employer of 10,000 people, made a pre tax loss of £237 million for 1993, but said it had now cleared the way for future growth.
Meanwhile, Knowlesly Road Community group in Darwen banded together to transform a derelict site into a wildlife haven and garden oasis.
