DEAR MASSI, I think there are far too many women in our community with high expectations of potential marriage partners.

I am 32-year-old single man from Preston who is looking to get married and whilst I am very open-minded I find many women in our community are not.

They are set in their ways. I have noticed this after meeting no less than seven women (through my parents) in a matter of months. And each time I was asked about my money, houses and cars. There must be more to life than these material things? Is this what today's women are interested in?

And also I think women in our community are in a romantic wonderland. I wish they would wake up!

I have been in few relationships but maybe you Dear Massi can set the record straight because I'm getting pretty fed up with this constant rejection.
