A MAN, aged 43, accused of raping and falsely imprisoning a woman at Atherton, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court for the first time on Monday.
Geoffrey Jones, of Milton Close, is alleged to have committed the offences on February 17. Jones was remanded in custody until April 26 when he is expected to enter his pleas.
