EAST Lancashire Deaf Society has launched a new campaign to raise awareness and make the workplace more accessible for deaf people.
Loud and Clear is designed to help people understand some of the barriers which exist between hearing and deaf people.
The East Lancashire Deaf Socdiety also offers one day deaf awareness training courses suitable for individuals and organizations comprising an introduction to the basics of clear communication, background information to deaf issues, deaf culture and basic British Sign Language.
