I COULDN'T agree more with Mrs Hesketh (LET, April 16) on the subject of the number 4 Higher Croft bus.
As a frequent user going to work first thing in the morning the most important thing is getting there on time. Up until about three weeks ago the 7.15 from Newfield Drive to town was always on time. I can honestly say you could set your watch by it. But some some reason the driver who was on it all the time has disappeared and now it either runs too early or it doesn't turn up at all.
Please sort this service out Blackburn Transport or at least let's have our normal drivers back. I can't keep being late for work.
