SINCE rubbish is very much on the agenda, I wondered if anyone had seen a road sweeper lately?
Our road is filthy and will soon be mistaken for a municipal dump. I got so sick of it that I went out and cleaned it myself, armed with a bin bag and a pair of pink marigolds. Although our street is now "cleaner, safer and greener", thanks to me, I don't want to do it again. I have my own job to do.
