A HOUSE breaker who flouted a community punishment order was not keen on doing the work, a court was told.
Burnley Magistrates heard how Christopher John Roberts, 20, didn't like the order or the placement he was given.
The defendant, who was given the punishment in place of jail last December, was told by the bench that it was inappropriate to complain about it.
Roberts was told he had committed an offence and must do as he was told.
He was given a curfew order and was warned he would be facing jail if he breached it.
The defendant, of Holly Street, Burnley, admitted failing to comply with a community punishment order.
He was ordered to stay indoors for three months from Sunday to Friday, between 8pm and 6am.
