BURY & Radcliffe Junior League made it into the semi-finals of the Lancashire FA Under-16 Inter-league competition with a 3-1 away victory over Wigan Youth League at Robin Park.
Bury took the lead after five minutes through Callum Higginbottom.
In a stop-start game Wigan got back on level terms with a 30-yard drive against the run of play.
Higginbottom then restored the lead on the stroke of half time.
The second half was much the same with the Bury & Radcliffe keeper Lee Dowds saving a penalty before Peter Illingworth sealed the win with a third goal.
