A HOUSING estate has sprung up near St Luke's Church at Lowton which raises safety concerns.
A few years ago planning permission was given for a bungalow to be built next to St Luke's Church. Foundations were put in but no further building work was carried out, now there are four houses there.
The front two houses are forward of the building line leaving little footpath space and a very narrow access to the properties behind.
It is a disaster waiting to happen.
