TWO events are being staged by Leigh firemen to boost the Fire Service Benevolent Fund.
On Friday a race night is being held at Leigh Miners, Twist Lane. Doors open at 7.30pm and the first race is at 8.15pm. Admission is £1, children free.
Then on Saturday from 10am firefighters will be washing cars by hand at the St Helens Road fire station.
