AGE Concern is offering a free electric blanket testing service to pensioners.
The charity has linked with leading testers GEMS who will be at the Hilton Suite, Hilton Park, from 9.30am until 4.40pm on Tuesday, October 5.
Wherever possible faulty blankets are mended, but if they are beyond repair vouchers are on offer towards buying replacement.
