SINGER Malc Hurst says he's not forgiven me for calling him a Sixties' heart-throb last time I wrote about him.
I can't apologise because he was mine, if only for a short time when we were both young and foolish, and before he took to the stage
Malc who became one of the town's top Sixties' singers is hoping to see see loads of old friends when he returns to play in Leigh next Thursday (October 7).
The former Vulcan is bringing his new group, The Road Crew Blues Band, to Hogan's Bar in Railway Road .
If you discount the time he has played at reunion nights, this will be the first time Malc has played with his own band since 1964 at the Miners.
He has had a busy year playing up and down the country taking in a tour of Cornwall and playing the Colne R&B festival. Get along and relive old times.
