THERE'S no way Shakers' boss Graham Barrow will take a touchline ban lying down after his dismissal at Stockport on Tuesday night.

He will fight any action against him all the way, after being banished to the stands for the first two games of the season for speaking out of turn at Yeovil last term.

"I didn't contest the last one because you know when you've said something but I'm not guilty of anything this time," he declared.

"All I did was ask the assistant if he'd speak to the referee because Ports' handball wasn't deliberate then asked him if he was sure when there was a dodgy offside decision.

"We shook hands at the end and had a chat so I'd be disappointed if I was reported.

"If necessary I'll ask a representative from the League Managers' Association to get involved."
