SPORTS officers at Ribble Valley Council have launched a search for the next Amir Khan or Kelly Holmes.
They have organised a mini-Olympics in Clitheroe and Longridge during half-term week from October 25 to 29. Youngsters aged eight to 12 are being invited to take part in a series of sports events at the council's all-weather pitches in Edisford Road, Clitheroe, and Longridge Sports Centre.
