BURY & RADCLIFFE JUNIOR LEAGUE

IN the Albert Lyons Cup Under-12 Inter-league competition, the Bury & Radcliffe team took on Manchester Youth and ran out convincing 5-2 winners

Despite terrible, wet conditions the football was very entertaining with both teams contributing to a fine game.

Ally Dickinson gave the local side the lead before Manchester levelled, however James Lloyd restored Bury & Radcliffes one goal advantage before half time.

There was no stopping Dickinson in the second half when he added another three goals to his tally while the hosts hit back from the penalty spot.

However, having won one, drawn one and lost one, Bury & Radcliffe failed to qualify for the next round.
