A BURY man who breached a four-year anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) has been jailed for 14 days.
David Billington (31), of Windermere Drive, was arrested in the towns Walmersley Road on Saturday, when he was seen drinking from a can of alcohol. Under the terms of his ASBO issued in December, he was banned from drinking in a public place.
He admitted the breach and was jailed for 14 days .
