VUE Cinema is helping schools raise up to £30,000 by giving free tickets for a preview screening of the latest animated movie.
Vue Cinema, based at Park 66 in Pilsworth, has offered Our Lady and St John School in Blackburn the chance to see Valiant, starring Ewan McGregor, on Sunday free of charge with the proceeds going directly back into the school.
Mark de Quervain, from Vue, said: "Cinemas are an important community resource and this is certainly a programme we will look to extend in the future."
