A KEEN interest in politics took two Bury students all the way to Number 10.
Stephen Kaye and Ben McCabe managed to shake hands with Tony Blair - twice! - when they attended a young people's community reception at Downing Street.
Both of them have worked as interns for MP David Chaytor: Stephen in his Westminster office, and Ben in his Bury HQ.
Stephen is a former Bury Grammar School student and is now at Manchester University reading politics. Ben McCabe is currently at Holy Cross College, and has applied to do a politics degree at Leeds University.
