MAGISTRATES at Rochdale have issued a warrant for the arrest of a Bury man who failed to attend court to answer accusations of taking a vehicle without consent.
Lee Makin (30), of Rochdale Road, Bury, faces charges of taking a vehicle without consent at Rochdale in April of 2003, driving in Wood Street, Rochdale with excess alcohol, namely 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath compared with the legal level of 35 in 100, and driving without insurance. He is also accused of failing to answer bail and the warrant was ordered without bail.
