ACTOR Michael Le Vell swapped the cobbles of Coronation Street for the land of conservatories when he officially launched a Bury company's new look.

Michael, who plays mechanic Kevin Webster, joined employees, key supplier partners and affiliates of CenturySEAL at a champagne reception at the company's base in Roach Bank Road, Pilsworth.

The firm makes and installs windows, conservatories and roofline products.

Managing director and founder Mr Robert H. Foy said the company now aimed to become number one in the north west. He explained why 2004 was the year for radical changes at his firm.

He said that for nearly 15 years CenturySEAL's business had been built on quality, integrity, trust and professionalism and had now reached the stage where it was ready to take the north west by storm.

Mr Foy added: "In an industry that lacks respect, we've worked hard for the last decade to earn the respect of our customers. We've been successful only because we approach every job with passion and dedication to ensure that we strive to deliver 100 per cent plus customer satisfaction.

"For the past nine months, I've been working hard to make absolutely sure that we have the right infrastructure in place to take the business up to the next stage and that has been done with the ultimate team around me."

The managing director said each staff member was dedicated and committed to rising to the challenge to make CenturySEAL the number one company of its kind in the north west.

The business has also launched a new logo.

Mr Foy went on: "Our new branding is designed to create a memorable image long in the minds of our customers in 2005.

"We've been a sleeping giant for too long. Now, it is time to put the 'wow' factor into the home improvements industry in the north west."
