WHILST I realise that Thrash the Trash is basically to counteract fly tipping, littering and vandalism, it does not excuse the council from tidying its own backyard.
The car park of Mill Hill Community Centre, Blackburn, is a disgrace.
It is covered in broken glass, plastic bottles, empty cans and weeds and has been for several months.
Surely, it should be giving the residents of Blackburn a lead.
This is the only community car park that I pass through, so what are all the others like?
