IN answer to Adam Howarth about Tesco (LET, April 13) may I set the records straight.
I have been going to the Blackburn store and when they were in Accrington and I have had nothing but good manners and friendly faces.
As I am disabled I have a lady who takes me round, packs my bags and sees I get my taxi.
If the gentleman wants to go to Burnley good luck to him.
