THE traffic lights at the bottom of Peel Way, Bury, are an absolute joke!
While there is invariably a mile of stationary or slow-moving traffic on Peel Way, heading in the Bolton direction, the approaching right-turn filter towards the town centre and leisure centre remains on green for ages. yet only a handful of cars ever go through.
