CREDITORS owed money by collapsed East Lancashire property company Dylan Harvey Residential are expected to find out this month whether they will get their money back.
The Padiham-based developer was placed into administration with debts of at least £100million and 598 individual creditors, owed a total of £6.5million.
Seventy of those creditors have hired Manchester law firm Pannone to represent them as they attempt to claw back money.
Shuttleworth Mead-based Dylan Harvey, formerly owned by businessman Toby Whittaker, acted as a sales agent for property developments across the North West.
