A Fire Evacuation Policy for the Reading Rooms has been prepared by Coun Alan Lawson and was adopted at the October meeting of Trustees.
In the event of a fire people using the Rooms are advised to evacuate and make their way to the Memorial Gardens at the bottom of Hall Street where a roll-call should be undertaken.
