A 24-YEAR-OLD woman from Nelson has been treated for ‘serious’ injuries after the vehicle she was a passenger in crashed into a bridge support.
Police said the woman was in a blue VW Passat when the accident happened in Shipley, West Yorkshire.
She was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary along with the driver of the car, a 30-year-old man from Rochdale.
Police said the pair were both treated for serious injuries.
The fire brigade also attended the scene around 10.55pm on Wednesday.
