How to enter the Lancashire Telegraph Business Awards
HERE is how you enter this year’s Lancashire Telegraph Business Awards.

Option 2. Email us here asking for an application form and we'll email one back by return. We will then email a form back to you.
Completed applications should be returned in the post to Business Awards Entries, Editorial, Lancashire Telegraph, Newspaper House, High Street, Blackburn, BB1 1HT or emailed as attachments to us here.
The postal method of entering will give companies the chance to submit any supporting evidence along with their completed form.
