FOUR men have been charged by detectives following the death of a Nelson mother-of-three in an alleged hit and run collision.
All four men have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, following the death of Amanda Bailey in Leeds Road last Wednesday.
The four, all from the Nelson area, are Mohammed Tesheen Zaman, 18, Rafhan Sarwar, 19, Athif Faiz, 23, and Mohammed Rashid, 24.
They will appear before Burnley Magistrates court later this morning.
Zaman and Faiz are from Leeds Road, Sarwar lives in Charles Street and Rashid is of Burns Street.
