AN UNTERNATIONAL student has been presented with an outstanding achievement award at Blackburn College’s Further Education Awards Ceremony.
Andreea Nistor, 20, left her family in Romania to study at the college, and has just completed her Level 2 Diploma in Childcare and Education with an A* grade.
Andreea, currently living in Chorley, said:”My parents are back home and they are proud.
"I can’t wait to send them a copy of my certificate."
