PROBLEMS were caused for train passengers travelling between Clitheroe and Manchester this morning due to a signalling fault.
Rush hour trains in both directions were cancelled or delayed for up to 45 minutes due to the signalling problem at Bromley Cross.
The problem affected passengers at Entwistle, Darwen, Blackburn, Ramsgreave & Wilpshire, Langho, Whalley and Clitheroe.
Normal service has now resumed on the line.
