A MAN who keeps taking his family's cars after drinking sessions has been jailed after striking again.
Burnley magistrates heard how Sean Hatfield, 20, who was already banned for three years after taking a car while over the limit, this time took his mother's vehicle after a night out.
Hatfield, the subject of a suspended jail term, has previously appeared in court for helping himself to his sister's and his father's cars.
The defendant, of Brunshaw Road, Burnley, admitted taking a vehicle without consent, no insurance and disqualified driving on July 12. He was jailed for 120 days and banned for another three years.
