An unusual aerial view over Blackburn town centre from 1991 shows the telephone exchange on Jubilee Street.
In the bottom right of the picture you can see the cathedral with Darwen Street running across the middle of the photo.
On the bottom left was the electricity board offices with the car park seemingly half full of post office vans.
