A £2.5million restoration project will see an old hall inside a Grade II listed former grammar school transformed into eight new business suites.
The former Burnley Grammar School, in School Lane, was turned into The Landmark business centre in 2018.
And as part of the final phase of its major restoration project, eight glass workspaces will be created in the building’s spectacular Assembly Hall.
Called ‘The Landmark Suites', the rooms should be ready for late June 2024 and will be set in an air-conditioned environment with natural light, and just a stone’s throw from The Lounge, which features a fully licenced bar and offers a great space to collaborate and impress clients.
There will be eight glass suites available, with some priced at £85 per week and others at £95 per week, based on size.
Businesses from various sectors are being invited to enquire for the workspaces, including from professional and financial services, to creative and tech.
Mark Crabtree, of The Landmark, said: "We are really excited to be completing the final part of the restoration project with our new suites, which will provide some great opportunities for local businesses to grow and develop.
"We are proud to have a thriving Business Club and we are always looking at ways to expand.
“There has already been strong interest in the suites, so for anyone that is interested, we would recommend enquiring as soon as possible."
‘The Landmark Suites' will add to an already thriving Business Club at The Landmark, including co-working facilities featuring fixed desks and hot desking, meeting rooms, virtual offices, conference facilities and private offices.
Alongside the Business Club, The Landmark's Great Hall hosts conferences, parties, events and weddings. Hosting all life's occasions including birthday parties, christenings, family gatherings, school proms, live music and much more.
The Great Hall also boasts the stunning Old Library, which can be used as a classic boardroom and upmarket meeting room, with incredible views of St Peter's Church.
