A property that is being refurbished in Burnley has been targeted by burglars.
The property, on Olympia Street, was broken into between April 12 at 5pm and April 13 at 9am.
The property is being refurbished. The back door was “kicked in” and items, including a new oven, radiators, and a power saw, were stolen.
A police spokesperson said: “Between April 12 at 5pm and April 13 at 9am, a property on Olympia Street has been broken into.
“The property is undergoing refurbishment. The back door was kicked in. Items stolen include a new oven, radiators which were waiting to be installed, and a power saw.
“The offender has gained access from the back street of Olympia and Brockenhurst.
“If you have any CCTV in the area that has caught the offence, or a suspect, please reply to this message.
“Remember, if you see something, say something. If something doesn't sit right with you, report it on 101, or 999 in an emergency.”
