Blackburn Beer and Gin Festival is set to return this spring - and organisers promise 'an unforgettable weekend.'

The three-day festival, featuring a line-up of more than 60 real ales provided by Bowland Brewery and a dedicated gin bar for spirit enthusiasts, will return between May 3 and 5.

At the festival, attendees can also indulge in delicious street food offerings while enjoying live music performances that will keep the atmosphere buzzing throughout the weekend.

Sports fans are in for a treat as live rugby matches will be played during the event.

All proceeds from the festival will go towards supporting the Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zone, an organisation dedicated to providing young people with opportunities to reach their full potential through various programmes and activities.

“We are thrilled to bring back the Blackburn Beer and Gin Festival for another unforgettable weekend,” said Malcolm Ireland, chairman of the committee.

He said: “With the generous support of our headline sponsors and the incredible line-up of activities planned, we are confident that this year’s festival will be a highlight for the community while also raising vital funds for the Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zone.”

Tickets for the festival are available for purchase online at www.blackburnbeerfestival.com with sponsorship packages available for those who would like to get involved.
