Star of the hit show Man Like Mobeen has announced extra dates for his live show which include Blackburn.
Guz Khan will be heading to King George’s Hall on Thursday 1 February 2024.
The date will be the only one in Lancashire which also takes in Cardiff, Bradford, Reading, London and others.
Earlier this summer, the fourth season of critically acclaimed BBC Three show Man Like Mobeen was released. In it, Mobeen (Guz Khan) and friend Nate (Tolu Ogunmefun) find them themselves behind bars and must use all their wits (and luck!) to survive prison life.
The fourth season ended with another cliffhanger and the show is expected to return soon.
Earlier series featured Blackburn’s favourite comic Tez Ilyas.
Speaking to the BBC ahead of the release of the new series Guz who hails from Coventry said: “I find it weird when people say I always knew I was funny, like it was destiny.
“In primary school, you could either be hard or try and make people laugh, and I think I found my place.”
London Town, you asked, now you shall receive. We’re coming to the @eventimapollo
